Diana M. Bailey received a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Ms. Bailey obtained her Juris Doctorate from Lewis and Clark School of Law in Portland, OR.
Prior to founding her law firm, Diana M. Bailey worked for the Clark County District Attorney's Office in the felony prosecution unit and worked for the San Diego District Attorney's Office. In addition, Ms. Bailey practiced criminal defense and headed the immigration law practice for Bruce Bridgeman & Associates. Ms. Bailey started her own firm specializing in immigration law and criminal defense of immigration clients. Ms. Bailey specializes in all areas of immigration law including deportation/removal, employment and family based immigration, asylum, withholding of removal and convention against torture, waivers, appeals and nonimmigrant visas.
Ms. Bailey is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Mexican American Bar Association.
